CAKE BOSS

Last weekend, Carol and I attended a wedding and were treated to a wedding cake made by Carlos Bakery in Hoboken, NJ of Cake Boss fame. It was definitely one of the better wedding cakes that I've ever had. We should've taken a photo of the cake before and after consumption, but failed to capture the tower of morsel in its glory. Instead I leave you with this bad ass photo of the Carlos Bakery gang. Even if the cake was terrible, would I really state it publicly on my blog? Maybe not.
