If you ride the subway to work, you'll undoubtedly bump into one of the A.M. peeps. They wait for you by the stairwell at your station with a stack, ready to offer you some dead tree with ink on it. Perhaps the crossword puzzle will come in handy on the ride back home. But one thing you don't quite expect is a pep talk. That's what I got on Tuesday morning. "It's Tuesday morning! You guys can do this! Go out there and make it a great day. Come on people!" I heard this at the 59th & Lex uptown entrance. It felt like we were running out of the tunnel and onto the field. A.M., if you can do this every Monday morning, I'd greatly appreciate it.
