ON BRAND WITH THE BROOKLYN NETS

The Brooklyn Nets' new uniforms will be unveiled in September. I'm expecting good things, given the nice designs that have been revealed as far as logos and merchandising. Supposedly part team owner Jay-Z created the new team logos.

What I like most about the new look is the simplicity, old-school feel with the type, and the black and white color scheme. There's a true Brooklyn vibe emanating from the logos and the clothes. I also like that they didn't literally depict a net. That would've been, lame.
