I was over in Spanish Harlem yesterday conducting interviews with guys in our program who work as interns at Animal Care & Control. I like checking out different neighborhoods, because it reminds me of the diversity of culture in this city. On my way back from the interviews, I was surprised to stumble upon Savoy, a bakery run by one of our friend's brothers. I had forgotten that the bakery was located in Harlem. I popped my head in to say hello to my friend's brother. I love recommending good businesses like Savoy to others. You can stop by the Harlem store for a quick bite of traditional cakes and desserts, as well as Asian-inspired baked goods. They'll also cater your events too. Check them out!
